Dinners for Families: You can be part of a project that is partnering the Church at Creek's End Student Ministry with Kroger and local elementary schools to provide a complete Christmas Eve dinner for families in need in the Spring/Klein area. Your donation will allow us to purchase a dinner for 4,6 or 8 that includes a turkey, side dishes, sodas and dessert.
Food Bank Assistance Program: We are collecting money to purchase bags of non-perishable food items to be given out to those in need.
Toys for Tots: The mission of Toys for Tots Program is to assist the U. S. Marine Corps Reserve in providing a tangible sign of hope to economically disadvantaged children at Christmas. The objectives are to help less fortunate children throughout the United States experience the joy of Christmas; to play an active role in the development of one of our nation’s most valuable resources —our children; to unite all members of local communities in a common cause for three months each year during the annual toy collection and distribution campaign; and to contribute to improving communities in the future.
Build a Church in Mexico: Partner with our Hispanic Pastor, Arnulfo Maldonado, in assisting the Creek’s End Hispanic Ministry build a church building in Veracruz, Mexico. Pastor Maldonado has worked with Pastor Acayucan in Veracruz in starting a new church there. They currently have 25+ people attending services in their home. This building project will give them the opportunity to expand the message of Christ in a more visible and effective manner. Pastor Maldonado made a recent trip to Veracruz this summer to assist the church in outreach. Your donation will go to help buy materials and supplies to erect the building.
Water for Life: One person out of every six faces the dangers of contaminated water, but together we are changing that. | Since its inception, Mission: Water for LIFE has been responsible for drilling and installing more than 2,000 fresh water wells in remote villages throughout the world and the result is an amazing statistic regarding “giving a cup of water in Jesus’ name.” | Our experience enables us to place each well in strategic areas that provide on average 1000 people with clean water at an average cost of $4800. They are designed to produce years and years of service and, in many cases, a lifetime of water for villages and communities. | The average cost of each well at $4,800. Each well provides water for an average of 1,000 people or more. This means that a child can receive clean water for a lifetime for as little as $4.80.
